Steel Valley Cluster Dog Show 2021

Pickup Policy:
Pickup is available beginning Wednesday.

Return Policy:

All carts are due within 2 hours after the last competition ends.  No exceptions unless you have a Monday return time.  Carts must be returned during hours of operation stated above on the last day of the reservation period to avoid a late charge.  National Carts reserves the right to charge for carts that are not returned to the Golf Cart Compound after the rental term has concluded.

All:
Please have driver’s license and Sales Order number available when picking up a cart. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to pick up the cart and fill out a National Carts Rental Waiver. *If you do not receive your confirmation email containing Sales Order number within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit your request here: support@nationalcarts.com

Cancellation Policy:
COVID, Rain or Shine. No refunds will be issued once the reservation is placed.

**In the event the Steel Valley Cluster 2021 is cancelled or postponed due to any COVID or Health Department recommendations or sanctions, your 2021 rental will apply to the next scheduled Steel Valley Cluster event.  Completed delivery of carts to the event will be considered as a completed order and not eligible for future fulfillment**

Lost or Stolen Cars:
Locks are STRONGLY encouraged to avoid theft. All carts are similar in style and age. Keys are interchangeable.  No additional carts will be issued due to a lost or stolen cart.

Reservations for this event will close Sunday, August 1, 2021 or when all available carts are spoken for.
